Logic Systems has changed hands a few times in its 10 year history. It was originally started in 1999, born from a group of engineers who left Cra-Tek Industrial Controls and Engineering based in Sacramento, California. Dan O'Leary was part of that founding group. Our line of circuit board products was brought over from Cra-Tek. Ethan O'Leary joined the company in January of 2000 as an electrical panel builder.

In 2003 ConQuip, Inc., a mechanical engineering company, merged with Logic Systems, Inc., after which time Logic Systems became a brand name of ConQuip. By this time Ethan was the lead electrical panel and circuit board builder, also in charge of electrical purchasing. Dan was still onboard with the electrical engineering team, and lead service technician.

In 2007 ConQuip decided to divest itself of the Logic Systems name and product offerings. Dan and Ethan decided to purchase it from ConQuip, and a deal was struck. In June of 2008 Logic Systems officially changed hands, and the latest reincarnation of Logic Systems has been born.

We intend to support and provide you with not only our existing line of DMX512 decoder boards, but several other exciting new products that are in the works, for use in several industries.
